Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager
We are looking for a commercially driven, motivated and dynamic individual to join our team to deliver end to end project excellence across our portfolio. You will make a real difference via superior contract management, driving quality standards, integrating compliance throughout our activities and supporting the tender process to drive our growth ambitions.
As QS / Commercial Manager, you will review our existing project activities and deliver innovative commercial solutions for our clients and our business. Working closely with our Operations, Sales and Finance teams, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling project finances and contractual relationships for the SCCIA projects portfolio, ensuring that the financial position of each project is accurately reported and controlled. Managing relationships will be your strength, implementing your excellent communication skills to successfully close each contract out for SCCIA.
Experience within a construction or network infrastructure environment is a distinct advantage and you should possess a Building Engineering, Building Management or QS qualification. A full role profile can be provided to you upon request.
This role is based in Harlow, Essex but you will be required to travel extensively within the UK as required. Therefore, you will need to hold a valid UK driver’s licence.
